Things You Should Never Say To A Woman


We all know that sometimes (maybe all the time), women get a little bit crazy, (especially near their periods). Many men around the world are wondering how to treat women. We all know that you can never be sure what a woman wants so, being a woman I've decided to share some of my tips.

Be gentle

Never focus your attention on the negative things your she does or used to do. Not only you feel disappointment when you see only the mistakes she does but you will attract even more of them. Women don't like to feel their being tested all the time. Just be in the present moment and try to see only the positives. By complaining she only feels lost wanting to give up. Some women when they truly love their partner, they try really hard to change themselves to make their partners happier. So reward them by noticing their actions rather than complaining about the past.

Talk

Never push her to do something that she doesn't want to do. Instead, try to have a conversation with her and always act with love without offending her. Explain your views and  try to find solutions, like exercising together or create a bobby together that will benefit both of you. She really likes a creative man and she pays attention to the details.

Don't compare her with others

Never compare her with another woman and never say anything negative about her body even if you have no intention to hurt her. Trust me women know exactly what needs to be changed and they  do things without you knowing so, you only make it worse.

Be honest

Never lie. If you lie to her or hide your phone when she is she starts to have trust issues and guess what's coming next!

Let her love you

There are times that you don't feel like talking much. We get it, we are not the only ones getting emotional once a month. Just express your feelings to her. She can't read your mind (yet). Let her hug you, don't push her away, she might thinks that she did something wrong.

Pay attention to her

Never ignore her when she shares a part of herself with you. Pay attention to her, be happy because you see her smiling. When you play games together, be there with your mind as well! Women usually don't want to have your attention all day long so don't feel like you must be there all the time. We all want time by ourselves. Just dedicate some of your time and be fully present there. Also a sweet text message during the day can make her smile for hours. Boosting her confidence is always a good thing. You want her to feel elevated by you.

Be present

When she is emotional or upset, be there even if she does't show that she wants you there. Deep down she really does and she expects you to, hug her kiss her and tell her how much you love her no matter what's happening. If you do that she feels safe and trusted because when everything's falling apart she wants to know you are there.

Don't Tease her

Women are more sensitive near their periods. The usual playful banter must cease while a watered-down version of this banter may take its place. The reason for this is because she might take something you say jokingly to heart.
Unintentional offences are at a high risk near your girlfriend’s period. This is another cause for the next World War III. Also when you say , ' I'm sorry' say it because you mean it not because you want the conversation to come to an end.

Debate things?

A healthy debate is not a bad thing. It’s a great way to express opinions, feelings and share your worldview with your significant other. But if your girl is near her period, it’s probably best not to get her riled up on how she feels about hot topics (or anything, for that matter).
There are a myriad of other things to talk about anyway, like the weather and what she wants to eat for dinner (and dessert). :P


Sentences to avoid:
  • ''That Time Of The Month?'' 
(Or any variation thereof) - Do you have a death wish?


  • Are You Really Going To Eat All That?”
You might as well go ahead and call her a fatty. No sex for you.

  • I Don’t Care.”
If she’s asking for your opinion, give one. Telling her you don’t care what movie you see or what you want to eat is like telling her you’re not interested in contributing to the relationship.

  • You’re Crazy.”
Even if it’s true, you don’t ever want to say this to a woman’s face. Do it and you’ll see a whole new level of crazy.

  • Have You Gained Weight?”
That should be a no-brainer. She can criticise your body shape, hers is off-limits.

  • Will You Marry Me?”
Just kidding. Just try to make sure you only say this once.


Periods turn women into crazy, moody creatures that either want to eat ice cream and pizza all day or want to die and be left alone for all of eternity.Your girlfriend is not going to feel her best because her tummy’s cramping, her boobs are hurting and she might be a little bloated.
It’s hard to guess at any moment in time what your girlfriend is feeling, so try not to smother her with your love. I’m sure she appreciates all of the grand gestures of kindness through chocolate bars and Sour Patch but don't over do it.
For example, instead of saying, “Hey! Here’s a chocolate bar because I know you’re on your period,” you should probably just leave it on the kitchen counter for her to find. It’s the little things that have the greatest impact during these times.

How to Find Inspiration


How does it feel like to be inspired? Don't you feel the need to be in-spirit and do more things during your day without the feeling of boredom? Are you wondering how do achieve that? Then keep reading!

Sometimes we need some motivations to push us and make us want to create something, even if that creation is just going outside for a bit, you are still creating that reality. I often watch motivational videos on youtube to wake that feeling inside my psyche and remind myself that I am in this reality not to just waste time in front of my computer, that I can choose to be the person I was send here to be and share knowledge, do things, be active and inspired.

When we feel unmotivated, is it because we don’t see the reward in doing anything that day? This article is my manifestation of inspiration because all day today I was struggling with getting anything done.
It was much easier to ignore the tasks I had to do and just sort of zone out. The more I lazed around, the guiltier I felt until finally it built up in me so much that I just HAD to start writing. I like writing and most importantly I like reading your comments afterwards :) so here we are, walking our paths together!

Focus

Sometimes I don’t know where to start so by going over the reasons that are stopping me from starting, I can better understand why those reasons exist in the first place. Some other times I focus my attention on the person I want to be and suddenly the inspiration comes to me. I let myself flow in the potentials and let the inner voice to become words. I speak from the heart. It's like an inner conversation that wants to be shared with other people.

Create a space of comfort

I find it very motivating to make a space of comfort. I love decorating cleaning my house and let the light come in. How can you have the feeling of completeness when your room/house/office that you spend most of the time at, is untidy,dark and smelly? You can also buy or create something and program your mind that every time I see this item, I will feel more focus and energised. Doing little things like this that compel you to create are incredibly significant if they help you get the job done! You can also listen to some music, raise that vibration! Feel the energy moving!

Take a break

Leaving your progress, even for just a few seconds then reengaging with it, helps bring a new vibe onto it. If I’m editing a picture and I’ve looked at it for too long, I have no way of judging if I like it anymore. I need to look away or just surf the internet for a minute before resuming.

When I look back at it, I always have a different view on it and know what changes to make. Drink some water, walk around or stretch.This stimulates your brain and pushes that motivational feeling within you.

Reward yourself

The number one reward for me is usually the feeling of finishing the project because I know that some of you will be benefited. Other rewards can be simple things like taking a break on the internet, getting a snack, play with your pet or even go outside-– anything that makes you happy!



It’s important not to push yourself too hard because once a feeling of obligation settles in, that vibration carries through your work.
If I’m starting an article or something because I HAVE to, I know I need to shift that vibration before I start. Throughout my life I’d always hear people say they’re waiting to be inspired to create something but that inspiration exists within all of us at all times.
There is no perfect moment to start creation, there is just the willingness to start. See the picture whole – see the finished product and feel the feeling that it would bring to you when it’s done. That’s inspiration.

How to Find your Soulmate

Beloved warriors,
Today I'm going to talk about relationships and true love.

Many people around the world are seeking for their soulmate, their other half. Personally I've been through a lot in my life and I've finally found my soulmate. A person that not only loves me truly for who I really am but also helps me to grow in life. This person came in my life in a very romantic way and made me forget who I thought I was. He taught me how to love myself and treat my body and soul with respect. He took my hand and taught me the miracles of life. 

A true relationship is not like in the movies. That's why many people struggle in relationships, because they have false expectations and they base their lives on illusions. The best teacher apart from ourselves is our partner. Because we learn how to control our emotions and correct our attitude. It's important to respect each other. Even if we make mistakes we have to take responsibility each time something happens.

A friend of mine recently asked me, ''How would I know If the person that I am with is my other half ?'' 


In order to find your soulmate, there are a few things to bear in mind first. If every night you sleep with a new person and you use this as an excuse that you are trying to find the one because there is no other way, think again! You have to be in tuned with your inner self and let your intuition guide you. You must be in the vortex - like Abraham say – and feel your existence through the eyes of source.





Without a doubt, when your soulmate comes to you, this will be a relationship that will change your life. A very deep soul attraction, an instant "Knowing" of your fate, an uplifting of spirit and a surge of energy from within. A Soul-Mate will generally be on the same path as you, meaning, they have the same desires as you in regards to their needs and wants and even their goals are similar. 

A Soul-Mate may be a person whom you feel instantly comfortable with.You are both willing to grow and learn spiritual things together.

You may have been through a period of being alone and suddenly you are met face to face with your life partner- (which happened to me by surprise!) or you may be dreaming of a person to make you feel special and happy. This is great, as long as you are also happy and comfortable with yourself and if you are sure that a partner is the only thing that's missing in your life.Your soulmate is the person that  will "merge" with you in all levels.

So, the place that you are right now in your life ( on all levels ) , will bring and reflect ti you the partner that you are. You have to love yourself, respect you and do the things I talk in my previous articles in order to attract your soulmate. With a soulmate you will grow!!!!! Your relationship will be about expansion. It's like, you are in a relationship with yourself and you must be really balanced in order to let your partner be with you (and your SELF). Your soulmate will show you the good and the bad in you and he/she will help you to heal.

 Your soulmate is out there waiting for you, the only thing you have to do is to create a momentum, tune in, love yourself and enjoy each moment without seeking, without asking (just visualising) and the universe will take care of the rest!


Here are a few Signs of a True Soul-Mate that may be helpful:


  • Instant magnetism,that you BOTH share
  • Unexplainable feeling of connection that is very deep right from the start.
  • A calm atmosphere, and inner calm.
  • There is instant trust
  • There is instant lifting of spirit

  • There are no judgments
  • There is patience & encouragement
  • There is a shoulder to cry on
  • You think very much alike
  • There is gentleness towards each other.
  • This person will also be your best friend
  • Loves you for YOU not just your physical appearance
  • After him/her you have no desire to be sexually attracted to others

How to Enjoy Life


Warriors, are you ready to say bye to 2014? This was a year of a lot of changes and a lot of ups and downs. This year has required you to step up and be brave, we had plentiful opportunities to align with our authentic self and to discover who we are beyond our human nature and our ego. Some of you went through a lot of pain, now it's time to step up and move forward.Are you ready for the new year? December is a month of action including the Gemini full moon that happens tomorrow December 6th. There is a wonderful energy this month that will help you change your life for the better and start new for the year ahead. This full moon will bring outside of us what the whole year has taught us. It's time to express our inner self and communicate with the world, it's time to get down to business.

We all go through difficult times that need a lot of our energy and this may result of us getting out of balance feeling hurt or depressed. When you find yourself in this situations remind yourself that everything is going to be ok in the end. Take some time off, take the 'me time' to treating yourself to a spa day, rest day or having coffee by yourself, being alone reading a book. Sometimes we get lost in relationships and we lose ourselves, so taking a day or two to reboot and get in touch with ourselves is a great way to find our balance.

The previous month was really tough for me. I came to a point in my life that I had no other choice than being alone in my room trying to figure out myself, to realise why I act in ways I dislike and hurt people I love. I don't really like being alone. I enjoy the company of friends and my partner but sometimes I lose myself somewhere between the person I think I am and the person I actually am. When you are ready to change you feel it. I had many opportunities this year to change my negative side but somehow I got lost in the way. So the universe this time moved me and forced me to change. Its one of those times that I am left alone to be with me and take care of me. So now I take this chance and even if it hurts to get to know myself and remove my negative programming in order to be happy and also to help others feel happy when they are around me.

*** Here are some strategies I follow that can change my reality and bring peace within myself that will definitely do the same to you too!

Self-care is necessary

This can be a great wake-up call to change our unhealthy patterns and habits, shifting our mindset and be more effective overall. It's important to see self-care as a form of preventative healthcare. Taking time daily to relax, meditate and observe our environment, decreases the negative feelings we build up over time and allows us to feel our presence. Over time, our bodies will feel healthier and our minds more at peace.

Do what you love

Let yourself find inspiration. Often we compare ourselves to how others like to do things and think there must be something wrong with me if I don't do the same things. Try to find things that help you feel alive. Listen to calming music, dance, sing, exercise. Find activities and hobbies that you genuinely like doing and it will be that much easier to stick to them in the long run.

Carve self-care into your existing schedule

As a motivation coach, I'm always telling my students that one of the ways to begin and sustain a meditation practice is to fit it into your existing schedule. The same can be applied to self-care. When we look at self-care as something that requires special time to be set aside, a commodity most of us have very little to none of, then it becomes boring and uninspiring. Thoughtfully look at your daily schedule and think about where you can insert a walk, get a massage, connect with nature, or find time for any other self-care practice that you enjoy. It doesn't have to take up too much time and can be a quick way to re-energise. I'm sure you can find 1 hour out of the 24!

Be flexible

Sometimes we get so fixated on doing something one way that we limit our ability to see that we can reach the same results in different ways. Say that one of your self-care goals includes staying fit by exercising every day.
This can cover a broad spectrum of activities that don't necessarily have to be limited to one type of repetitive exercise. You can try going to the gym one day, a yoga class the next, and then for a walk the following day. Experiment with your self-care practices and be creative with what works for you.

Do what's possible

This means setting modest goals and being realistic about what you can do at the moment. If your goal was to eat all home-cooked meals for the week and one evening you feel too tired to make anything, then be kind to yourself and be okay with buying something to eat. You can always look for a healthy alternative.Every day will be different, bringing with it a different set of moods and various responsibilities. Adapting to our needs at the moment is in itself a self-care practice.



Remember self-care is supposed to be fun, enjoy time you make for yourself. So, don't take it all too seriously! Appreciate the journey to a healthier mind, body, and spirit. Listen to your body, love YOU and be grateful for the lessons you get! In order to find love, you have to be it first!
