How to Deprogram your Subconscious Mind

Hello Warriors,

I hope the new year brought many changes in your life. It definitely did to me!
Some of you have told me that you feel a bit lost and things are happening or happened to you that make it difficult for you to think clear. 
So today I'm going to share a few of my new tips in order to help you regain balance and clear any remaining blockages. 



It's always important to know your values and what makes you feel alive. 

What do you value? What creates passion in you? What do you love?

For example, when I feel like things are getting too intense for me to handle, I shift my focus and I try to create a strong foundation for myself. 
Instead of being distracted by situations and people around me I choose to take action at least once a day to do what I love and what makes me feel alive and this helps me to deprogram my brain and program it the way that I want it to be, not what society wants or other random people.

I keep a journal and a to do list everyday:
  • I love to cook
  • I love to write articles
  • I love to film things
  • I love to take pictures
  • I love to create
  • I love to sing
  • I love to dance
  • I love nature
  • I love walking
  • I love taking care of my loved ones
  • I like lifting weights 
  • I like cleaning and decorating

Here's how it works:


Affirm the changes that you want to experience. For example Keep up on task on:

  • I'd like to manifest this…...
  • I 'd like to work on this…..
  • Here's some new thing I'm working on…….
  • My gifts are getting stronger and powerful everyday.
  • I attract the best quality people in my life that uplift me and help me develop myself, etc.
Write down where you think you have attachments and to what kind of people and things and find ways to remove them by focusing on your own development. 

Create a healthy relationship with yourself. 
Every time you feel your energy dropping, exercise, steam, dance... What does the suit needs you to do? Get that energy out in a productive way.

Develop the healthy frame of  MIND BODY SPIRIT

  1. What would you like to manifest in your life and what are why? (Write down the reasons you want to manifest those things). 
  2. What would you like to work on in yourself?
  3. What are some new ideas that you would like to work on?
  4. Share the algorithm of your development with other people or create a blog, a group or pages to share what you love doing. Expand your knowledge.
  5. Ground yourself. Walk barefoot in your house or in nature for some time. Step into water and break free from your chains. There's nothing wrong with that. Dare to be different.
  6. Don't fear control any of your emotions, get into your heart.
  7. Daydream and visualise your life
  8. Watch what you are allowing in your personal space
  9. Connect with our 7 year old inner child at least once a day. Claim back your power 
  10. Take care of the animal kingdom.
  11. Take time doing what you like.Take care of your suit by working out, by juicing by shielding to protect your energy, by meditating. 
  12. Light a candle, learn to relax. 
  13. Dance your worries out.Sing, Cook things, take care of your loved ones, Write a book, take a walk
  14. Sun charge. 
  15. Pack a lunch go into the forest, to the beach
  16. Clean your space, redecorate your house with less items.

There are so many things that you can do to deprogram your stressed mind. The more they try to destruct and have you look into that direction, the more you should be resisting and focusing in what you want, not the powers that were forcing down your throat because they control some of the mechanisms that we are all kind of plugged into. 
We are much older and much stronger than the programming of this planet. When you get into your heart, you start talking to your inner child your inner self the one that used to guide you before getting distracted by the outer world. Before being forced to stop focusing in your inner way of perception. We are wearing a 3D physical suit. Please wake up and take charge of your life.



Make little better life choices everyday. Because why not? Small baby steps everyday. 
e.g 
  • Change a workout routine 
  • Be more conscious in what you  put in your body
  • Don't just think it, take action baby steps to achieve it,
  • Do things that make you happy on a regular basis
  • Share the algorithm of you figuring it out. 
  • Sharing your development, how did you get out of that stage. 
  • Believe in your capabilities as a multidimensional being on earth!

I'm sure most of you have heard this quote hundreds of times. Which seems right to me, because it is an incredibly powerful phrase! "Be the change...", because you don't have power over others and hateful slander will just turn people away, you only have power over yourself. 

YOU have to be the change. If you tell someone they are wrong, then you aren't being a CHANGE, you're telling others to be the change.

It doesn't go "Make others be the change you wish to see in the world", or "Convince others that the change you wish to see in the world is the right change". 

Simply  :)

       Be the balance 
  Be the smile
Be the hug
 Be the light


We were wiped to come down here. We are playing the game of transitioning, to learn how to remember who we truly are. Don't just let the river carry you. Dare to dive into the unknown. Don't be afraid to dice into the new waters. When you reach the other side of the river, you will be a new person, don't be scared to meet this new version of yourself. We all get used to our own personas and we are used to our own comfort zones but in order to live up to our full potential we must keep daring, keep diving.
